Description
The Start Academy began as a physical, school based initiative in Astana, where we operated directly inside several schools after launching our CS club.
From there, we scaled into a global online platform, allowing students from different countries to access our courses, mentorship, and ecosystem.
Along the way, we built partnerships with Ladder Internships, Basta QZ, and Cogent, and we are currently exploring collaboration opportunities with Veritas AI.
To date, we have worked with over 240 in person students and more than 60 online students, focusing not only on education but on real outcomes, portfolios, and career direction.
Where we go next
Our next major step is legal registration in Ukraine, where we are also in discussions with Microsoft Ukraine executive Eugene to provide our students with high level opportunities and exclusive perks.
In parallel, we are designing a strategy to integrate The Start Academy into Uzbekistan in a way that is broad, scalable, and deeply impactful.
Our long term vision is to grow as a unified but regionally adaptive ecosystem, expanding across Eurasia through local NGOs that operate independently yet share one mission and standard.
Our core strategy is simple but powerful: maximize impact, then maximize retention, and through that build even greater impact.
